Do you offer returns?

Thank you for choosing a one-of-a-kind piece! Each original artwork, print, and commission is uniquely crafted with care, so we don't accept returns. If your art is damaged either through shipment or due to a manufacturing error, we have options to assist you.

Prints:

If a print arrives damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, my printer offers a refund or free replacement, including shipping. Contact Larissa within 25 days of delivery for domestic orders or within 35 days for international orders.

Originals & Commissions:

If your piece is damaged during transit, don't worry – it's fully insured. In the event of damage, please file a claim with the shipping company using the tracking number provided at dispatch. The claims department recommends taking photos of the damaged art and the original box for your claim.
